What does this course involve?
This course is designed to provide vocational education and training necessary to gain basic knowledge and skill common across all business roles. The course aims to give you experience in producing business documents, transcribing audio, organising workplace information, scheduling business travel, and recommending/delivering services to clients.
Units of competency encompass skills and knowledge that involve effective communication, sound teamwork, competent use of business technology, accurate processing of financial documents and efficient information handling. This course delivers foundation knowledge and skills required to enter employment as a clerical-administrative/receptionist worker across all industries.
Entrance requirements
Australian Year 12 or equivalent with a pass. Relevant senior employment experience in industry will be considered.
English Language Proficiency
A minimum IELTS overall score of 5.5 (Academic).
A minimum TOEFL score of 530 for paper examination; 179 for computer based and 71 for Internet based.

Course Structure
Certificate III in Business Administration is the second and final stage of the pathway to the Certificate III in Business Administration.
