What does this course involve?
You’ll learn all the basic essentials of picture-framing with this specialised traineeship.
Learn how to cut and join picture framing mouldings, mount artwork and handle glazing materials. Find out how to accurately measure and perform calculations, as well as how to use hand and power tools.
You’ll also learn valuable skills in communication and working effectively with others.

This course will give you employment opportunities as an apprentice picture-framer.

- You must have successfully completed Year 10 level reading, comprehension skills and mathematics (estimating and costing skills)
- You must have previously registered with an Australian Apprenticeship Centre
- You must have a training contract with an employer
