Parking

• Parking around this area is difficult so public transport usage is recommended. Box Hill Shopping Centre is a public transport hub for trains, tram and buses.
• Elgar Campus is approximately 10 minutes walk from Box Hill Station.
• All parking at Elgar Campus is restricted to permit holders only. Boomgate E5 is public after 3 p.m. Parking is available at Gates E6 and E7 and tickets can be purchased at the ticket machine for $1.00 (multiple coins —no change given). Staff permits apply. Two disabled parking spaces are available at Boomgate E1. Short-term parking (15 minutes) is available at Boomgate E1. There are 153 parking spaces available under Building 8. Access is from Elgar Rd.
• Two-hour parking is available along Victoria Crescent, Kingsley Crescent and Whitehorse Road as indicated (subject to change without notice).

Fountains Car Park

Fountains Restaurant car park (Gate E9, 464 Elgar Road) is for restaurant patrons only. Patrons requiring car parking should request a car park to be allocated when making reservations.

Disabled Car Parking

Disabled car parks are located at every campus and are available for use by anyone displaying the appropriate disabled parking permit.

Infringement Notices

The following constitute an infringement. Vehicleswill be booked if:

• Parkingin unauthorised parking spaces;
• Parking in car parking areas without relevant parking stickers or tickets displayed appropriately;
• Parking in disabled parking spaces without relevant sticker; or
• Parking in non-designated areas.

Should an infringement notice not be paid within 28 days, the infringement progresses to the City of Melbourne where further costs are incurred. Should the infringement still not be paid, the infringement progresses to the Perin Court where a further cost is incurred. On receipt of an infringement the relevant fine should be paid at the cashier on any campus.
