Winner of the Greater Dandenong Writing Awards Open Poetry Prize 2006, Spinning Room (Melbourne) best female performer of the 2005, Victorian Writers' Centre poetry Cup Best Performer 2004. Jen will released her fourth book gutter vs stars through Flat Chat Press August 2006. Author of Skyhooks' ‘Million Dollar Riff’, poetry book Marsupial Wrestling and poetry/short story book Alleycat, she is currently working on a debut novel. She is a freelance journalist of 35 years standing and co-edited Shelton Lea's Nebucadnezzar. Her work has been anthologised in Mother I'm Rooted, Salt-Lick, Meanjin, Cordite, Stylus, Going Down Swinging and printed in The Age, Farrago and The Recessive type.
