Management Centre

What is it?

The Management Centre specialises in providing consulting and training interventions in frontline management and strategic management for team leaders, supervisors and managers working in public and private sector organisations.

Management training, coaching and mentoring is conducted in the workplace for organisations across a diversity of industry sectors. Programs are also delivered at the Institute via part-time accredited evening programs and short courses.

Business Management

  • Certificate III in Business

Training and Assessment

  • Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training
  • Diploma of Training and Assessment Systems

These two programs are accredited programs offered to managers, consultants and trainers both on-site in organisations and via public enrolment at the Institute.

A wide range of short courses and workshops are offered to assist people develop their interests and skills.

Call Centres

Box Hill Institute is totally focused on providing quality, high performing, trained call centre operators to meet demand. Call centre training courses are offered both on-site and off-site.
