Who we are

Box Hill Institute’s Centre for Management and Small Business conducts a broad range of courses in areas such as:

• Business Management
• Frontline Management
• Small Business Management
• Call Centre Training
• Assessment and Workplace Training
• Assessment Systems
• Medical Administration.

All facilitators are corporate consultants practising in the public and private sectors.

What we do

A major focus of the Centre for Management and Small Business is to provide customised training solutions to industry clients in our specialist areas.

We also have a Business Enterprise Centre (BEC) which delivers the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS) program and is currently establishing a Centre of Excellence for Services to Small to Medium Enterprises for Victoria.

The Centre for Management and Small Business also offers a range of business-focused short courses which may provide credits to certificates or diplomas.

Training and assessment experience at an operational management level ,combined with tertiary qualifications and specific topic expertise, ensure our facilitators understand and can identify with the issues and examples raised in each study area.
