Then come and join our Bar and Waiting Course (preferred age 18 and over).

Date

• The course runs over 3 weeks between Monday 1st December 2008 and Thursday 18th December 2008

Qualifications

• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• Box Hill Institute Certificate of Participation in Bar and Waiting Course with Work Placement

Guaranteed work

Guaranteed fully paid work is organised as part of the course, pending successful completion of the course. You work at the MCG for the cricket. Ongoing casual work throughout 2009 may be available for the AFL at MCG and Formula 1 Grand Prix.

The total cost of the course is $410.00

• Materials fee: $84.00

Admission requirements

There are no prerequisites for this course. However, you will need to wear the following in Fountains Restaurant:

• Black trousers (can be purchased through Dura Wear for $62)
• Black leather shoes (bring your own)
• Black socks (bring your own)
