Business Programs

Who we are

Box Hill Institute’s Centre for Business Programs has a broad range of expertise and experience in the business field and can assist in the training and assessment needs of small-to-large organisations. Our past clients have included both the private and public sectors.

What we do

The Centre for Business Programs conducts a range of courses, that range from certificate-level through to the Advanced Diploma level, in:

  • Accounting
  • Human Resources
  • International Business
  • Marketing
  • Office Administration
  • Public Relations
  • Sales
  • Sports Administration

In addition to these mainstream, government funded courses, the Centre offers courses such as the Graduate Certificate in e-Business and training programs for industry clients on a commercial basis. Various traineeships in the business field are also offered.

Graduates from Business Programs courses may choose to seek employment or may choose to pursue further study in the area. Articulation arrangements are currently in place with Deakin University and Central Queensland University for a majority of courses. Where articulation arrangements are not currently in place, students can expect to receive a number of credits at the end of their course for articulation to many universities.

International students and training

The Centre continues to attract large numbers of local and international students from all parts of the world due to our commitment to quality outcomes.

The Centre has an international presence; we conduct courses in accounting, marketing and banking and finance in extended campus arrangements in China, Vietnam and Fiji.
